No Brakes, YOLO

Hello, hello. I hope you're all making it through the holiday period unscathed. I am certainly not making it through non-spherical. I enjoy finding out what people consider their 'family room'. Mine is definitely the kitchen. Everyone filters in and engages in free-form fridge emptying. I account myself a good cook, but in my family I'm probably third in line behind my mother and sister, both of whom are excellent. Pickings are fat. Pickings are everywhere. Upon our arrival, my mother said 'I've made a cheesecake', and I punched the air like I too had been given the chance to knock a celebrity YouTuber out in a public forum.

New year is imminent. I'm not a big one for resolutions, but I hope you have plans that will make you happy. Both that night and for the coming year.
